Best Option:  Our 450 and 455 Series Max-HD Fill Kits (3/8”hydraulic hose) are some of the hardest-working pieces of equipment at your construction site. Our Max-HD hoses are our most durable and come standard with our Bend Restrictor preventing the hose from bending at the fitting and making them longer lasting and less likely to wear out at the fittings.  The retrieval rope allows the user to lift and lower our complete line of plugs in and out of the manhole.   Our gauge tree allows the user to quickly and safety inflate and deflate pipe plugs from outside of the danger zone.  Our glycerin filled gauges are protected by our rubber Gauge Guardian™.  The 455 Series Fill Kit include a removable gauge. 

Our 430 Series Standard (1/4” ID PVC Hose) Fill Kits (rope/hose) with Gauge.

Good Option:  Our 430 Series Standard Fill Kits with ¼” ID PVC hose are recommended for plugs up to 18” in diameter and allow users to inflate and deflate plugs outside of the danger zone.  The retrieval rope allows the user to lift and lower our medium to small plugs in and out of the manhole.  Our gauge tree allows the user to quickly and safety inflate and deflate pipe plugs from outside of the danger zone.  Our glycerin filled gauges are protected by our natural rubber Gauge Guardian™.

Our 440/445 Series (3/8” ID Hose) Fill Kits (rope/hose) with Gauge.

Better Option: Our 440/445 Series Fill Kits with 3/8” ID PVC hose are recommended for all plugs and allow users to inflate and deflate plugs outside of the danger zone.  The 445 Series Fill Kits include a removable gauge.  The retrieval rope allows the user to lift and lower our complete line of plugs in and out of the manhole.   Our gauge tree allows the user to quickly and safety inflate and deflate pipe plugs from outside of the danger zone.  Our glycerin filled gauges are protected by our rubber Gauge Guardian™.
