Testers are one of our most versatile products. They are constructed of cross woven, natural rubber fabrics along with an innovative manufacturing process which ensures maximum strength and durability. Testers can perform a variety of applications, from front and backside air testing and vacuum testing to blocking flow.
Testers are available in diameters from 3.75 inches to 61.5 inches and lengths between 16 inches and 95 inches. Every 6″- 10″ and larger Tester comes standard with ¾-inch and ¼-inch bypasses so users can effortlessly switch between applications without renting or purchasing additional plugs.

Usage ranges 6”- 12” and 24”- 60” allow our plugs to block, test and bypass in more pipe diameters.
Tester Product Resources
Our Tester plugs come standard with 3/4” and 1/4” bypasses (except 4”- 6” and 4”– 8” which come with (2) 1/4” bypass ports) allowing for easy transition from a blocking plug to an air testing plug.

Optional Max-Guard and Max-Sleeve
Max-Guard relief valves are standard on all Tester plugs diameters 15”- 30” and larger and are optional on diameters of 12″- 18″ and 12”- 24”. Max-Guard relief valves protect the plugs from becoming overinflated due to malfunctioning gauges or user error.
Max-Sleeve adds an extra layer of natural rubber to our Testers to protect against debris, sharp objects, and degraded pipes. Max-Sleeves include a 5/16-inch coated cable to secure the sleeve to the plug.
