Our Guzzler plugs can be used for bypassing flow, air testing and blocking flow making them the most versatile plugs we offer. Our Guzzler plugs cover pipe sizes ranging from 3”- 4” up to 24”- 60” and all plugs larger than 15”- 30” include flexible bypasses for easy installation.

Single-Size Guzzlers Resources
Single Size Guzzler plugs are our most versatile and economical inflatable bypass plugs. Aluminum bypasses make these plugs lightweight and easy to install.

Max-Guzzler
The Max-Guzzler are perfect for gravity bypassing. Our Max-Guzzlers plugs have 4”, 6” or 8” bypass connections and in combination with a matching hose will allow the end user to gravity bypass a manhole. The Max-Guzzler plugs include NPT(male) connections and require NPT (female) hose connections. The Max-Guzzlers are not recommended for air testing or blocking flow.
Max-Flow Slip Fit Guzzler
Our Max-Flow Slip Fit Guzzlers are also designed to gravity bypass a manhole. The Max-Flow Slip Fit Guzzlers come in three very popular plugs sizes including 6”- 8” and 8”- 12” both with a 4” tube and a 8”- 12” with a 6” tube.
The 4” or 6” aluminum tube connections makes it easy to slip the matching hose over the bypass tube and secure with a clamp. The Max-Flow Slip Fit Guzzlers are not recommended for air testing or blocking flow.

Our Max-Guzzlers are specifically designed for bypassing flow. The male nipple with NPT threads make connecting our plugs to the bypass hoses trouble-free.
